Should the Americans make the adjustments to fit into the Korean culture, or would it be appropriate to also teach the Koreans about American management and call upon them for some adaptation as well? What if the American manager feels the Korean way is ineffective, inefficient, and unnecessarily complicated - should s/he just go with the (Korean) flow, or perhaps try to teach the Koreans a thing or two?
