Over 40% of the Silicon Valley population was born in another country. However, many Silicon Valley companies have recognized that they have a lack of diversity in their workforce. Companies such as LinkedIn and Intel have invested major resources and management effort in diversity initiatives to correct the problem. There are several other major companies in Silicon Valley that have committed to addressing the issue of a lack of diversity in their companies.

Do research to find at least one Silicon Valley company that recognizes they have a diversity problem and are seeking to do something about it, and describe the problem that the company has recognized, and what they are doing to correct the problem to become a more diverse organization. Also, report on the benefits that the company foresees in making them a better company.
