Question: This work will consist of the exploration of, and potential solution to, a real-world issue, concern or "problem" related to the practice of HRM. Options include, but are not limited to:
• addressing issues inherent in current practices across Canada or specific to a Canadian Province,
• comparing approaches to aspects of HRM between countries (one of which should be Canada) or amongst Canadian Provinces,
• exploring problematic current trends, techniques or governing legislative regime (Canada or Canadian Province) and their impacts,
• a case study of a particular organization's approach to HRM (this can be private or government) and rectifications (this need not be a Canadian company; however, be mindful of the need to be able to apply the Text to same).
should include an overview of the problem to be addressed, background related to the issue, current situation, and impacts. After laying out the issue(s) at hand, suggest an approach to addressing the problem in a tangible, defensible and creative manner.
