A Proposal Report

You and your group members are senior executives with the Phoenix Communication Consultancy Company. Your client, Nippon Architect & Design Limited (NAD), is a large international firm that provides architectural, metropolitan and urban designs services around the world. Ms. Kelly Hirotaka, who is the Managing Director of NAD is considering allocating a budget to train all the middle managers of NAD to improve on their communication skills.

She is particularly interested for the middle managers to improve their communication with employees who are located in the headquarter office in Tokyo, Japan and in NAD's other office locations in Asia and in Europe.

Ms. Kelly Hirotaka has instructed you and your group to prepare a Proposal Report. In this report, she wants you to explain with supporting qualitative and quantitative evidence, and justify the communication training of the middle managers of NAD. This Proposal Report will then be presented to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NAD and its Board of Directors. Prepare and write a Proposal Report for Ms. Kelly Hirotaka by:

• Have a business and professional appearance and presentation by using the correct structure, format and design of a report (please refer to Week 7 Lecture Notes on ‘Reports and Proposals' on Moodle)
