For this assignment I'd like you to look at three (3) alternatives actions you could take that might help shore up one or more of your weaknesses, and/or improve upon your strengths. I'm asking you to look at external activities you might engage in to make yourself more marketable.

Examples of actions include, but are not limited to:

Different graduate programs you might attend

Industry certifications you could acquire

Acquisition of new skills / additional training.

Issues should professional, substantial issues. Things like "I need to be on time more" or "I need to think of myself in every situation" might be true, but they do not address the nature of this assignment.
