Scenario

The marketing manager has just emailed you to let you know that his team will be unavailable for the week due to another project starting tomorrow. You place a call to the sign manufacturer who tells that the graphic design work due from the marketing team has not arrived as yet and he is unable to create the signs you need. You need to find out and address what is going on before it becomes a much bigger issue.

1. Outline of your plan to address the issue. You must also explain the risks to the project and organisation.

2. Your project sponsor has heard about these issues and is concerned about the impact to morale. Draft an email outlining the actions you have taken and how you plan to address the issue of performance and morale.

3. Provide an updated issues log.
