COVID-19 is having a drastic impact on the hospitality industry. The full impact of these dire circumstances is still unknown. Current travel restrictions and social distancing policies have changed the way we are doing business. Hotel occupancies have dropped and revenue per available room has declined significantly.

Scenario: You are the General Manager of Sheraton Parkway Hotel located in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Think of strategic ways as to how you will generate more revenue for your hotel during this pandemic, keeping in mind travel ban policies, social distancing practices and new health and safety regulations.
