Imagine your consulting firm has been hired by a cruise ship company to help them address strategic failures based on a situation in which one of their vessels was involved in a maritime accident involving multiple fatalities. Company management has faced wrongful death litigation in the past and knows its ability to successfully manage its communication with both internal and external audiences can have a huge impact on its future business.
