One of the strategies for managing a HR surplus is through layoffs. Unfortunately, we have seen a high number of layoffs this past year due to the pandemic. When companies begin to recover, what are some of the ways they will address a shortage of workers in the organization? What role can proper Job Design/Analysis or HR Planning play in making this as smooth of a transition as possible?
