a. You have to examine a range of factors by similarities and differences between them ( at least 2 factors )

b. with making an explanation about potential barriers which face the health care provider(why this barriers faces the health care providre what are this barriers and how would you find a solution to this barriers ) when they access the health care service especially the ones you had faced while working at the hospital

2. also ,you need to consider information about the efforts used to come over this barriers at our region

3.after all you have to make a judgement about the efforts you mentioned before if its effective or not by giving an evidence to youre judgment .

Question 2:

Communication between healthcare providers and users is crucial and affected by many factors and health beliefs,

1.you need to specify the relationship of health beliefs with illness, Which can be particularly helpful in the process of revealing the issues most relevant to the health of the people who will visit the E.R

2.After that,you have to separate the factors that affect the communication between service users and health care providers into parts and examine each part.

Show how these factors are related and why they are important.
you have to examine the strength and weaknesses of the influences of factors and health beliefs in communication strategies to help patients to achieve better health.
