Gallstone ileus-fistula between gallbladder and GI tractstone enters GI lumenobstructs at ileocecal valve (narrowest point); can see air in biliary tree (pneumobilia). Rigler triad: radiographic findings of pneumobilia, small bowel obstruction, gallstone (usually in iliac fossa).
