Acts of terrorism have become more frequent in the United States. Select one incident from the following list and develop a 3-5 page research paper that addresses: the conditions that allowed the incident (from the facility, the policies at the location, the mindset of the terrorist, etc.), the response to the incident, and the post incident activities. Identify what might have assisted in preventing the incident or minimized the impact. Looking back, what have we learned from the incident that allows us to be better prepared today? Use MLA format for the paper. (Cite resources in-text.) Use at least three separate resources for your research. Be sure to provide enough background information that someone unfamiliar with the incident would understand what occurred.
