Create a 3 - 5 minute oral presentation to the managing partners of your law office (represented by me, the professor) of technical feasibility of your selected software programs (Clio Practice Management Software, CaseFleet Litigation Support Software, and Jubilee by Legal Pro). In support, provide between 5 - 10 PowerPoint slides. Identify your source material, as appropriate, and use Bluebook citation style. (Feel free to imbed an audio or video clip into your presentation if you think that it will help you to make your point.)

3. Based on your research, analysis and practice with all of these programs, as well as what you know about your law office (you may add improvised assumptions, if that's needed for your report, such as those related to how the firm makes decisions about competing resources), provide your opinion as to whether the law office ought to consider adopting any of the products that you evaluated during this course. Which one (if any) of them do you think might be of the most benefit to the law office, especially for Peg (and the firm's other clients like her)?

4. Explain why you made your selections, including your evaluation of whether the acts of conducting legal research, analysis and/or writing skills may have helped you as you made your choices.

5. Do you have any unanswered concerns for which you could not find answers? Do you think that these concerns need to be addressed before the law office should consider purchasing it, or can they safely be overlooked? Either way, justify your position.

6. Discuss the professional roles within the law office (e.g., attorney, paralegal, legal administrator, receptionist, etc.) who ought to know how to operate each of these software programs as well as your perception of its user-friendliness.
