"Discrimination is discrimination, be it discrimination against a minority or what may be considered in this discussion as the majority. From an academic approach, the issue of "reverse discrimination" is applied to make a point. Often there is a great deal of resistance to approach the issue of discrimination against the "majority." Not from a legal point of view, but from a cultural or individual person point of view. Should the actions or presentation of discrimination towards anyone be minimized or put to the side? If not, what should be done to ensure equal protection of every employee or persons rights against discrimination?
