Develop a webinar (PowerPoint presentation and audio recording) which can be used to present to internal and external stakeholders about the HR strategy and action plan at Ethical Trading Group and the improvements which you are recommending. Record your audio and submit it through Open Space - click on the Support feature in Open Space for more information. Your audio recording should be no longer than 10 minutes.

In your presentation you must outline:

  1. the HR code of conduct and how it relates to the organisations code of conduct, 
  2. how unethical behaviours will be dealt with and how confidentiality will be maintained in the HR team 
  3. the roles and responsibilities of HR, line managers and external contractors in the delivery of the HR strategy and action plan
  4. the organisations requirements for diversity and the benefits which will be gained
  5. how HR will gather feedback and determine satisfaction with the delivery of HR services
  6. how the HR team will monitor, evaluate and communicate to stakeholders in regards to the execution of the HR strategy and action plan.
