Due to its success this company has presence in Europe and Asia.
Main factories are in:

Whish are producing products that will be distributed globally. In the other countries there are offices that control the sales and distributions for some countries:
? Germany with 1 office of 20 employee that attend countries of north Europe
? Spain 1 office of 50 employee that attend countries of north Europe and other services.
? Russia with 2 offices of 20 employees each that attend north of Europe and north of Asia market
? Sweden with 1 office with 15 employees
? Japan with 1 office with 30 employees that attend south of Asia Market
The company thinks that they are ready to expand to America. For this reason, the company has acquired a new company basically offering services in Latin America and north America. This company is headquartered in Mexico.
This company has 1 factory:

As in the case of ACME there are sales and distribution offices in other countries:
? Argentina with 20 employees who serve central and south America
? USA (Miami) with 15 employees to serve north America
Due to the COVID situation the increase of sales has been increasing over the past 3 years. They have faced some challenges to manage this situation as many of the employees where in sick leave, in the factories they needed a redistribution of physical workplace to keep save distance and reschedule working times.
This has highlighted the need of a more technical tools to manage the situation as many manual work needed to be done.
There is local decision in each country. Because of this each country took the decision of what providers to choose and what tools to use. This created more difficulties in accessing to costs and information due to the different technology.
Despite all the company wants to continue growing and wants to increase the number of employees a 5% in the next 2 years. The CFO has informed that a costs control would be mandatory if the company whats to expand and still be cost-efficient.
Due to the acquisition of the new company and the experience with COVID situation the company is ready to start thinking in a reorganization of HR department.
