Case I: You are a "C" level executive that is no longer achieving development milestones (company's revenue are in decline) and the Board is informally discussing exit strategies with you. The Board has agreed to not disclose its members lack of confidence in you and assures you that they will provide a positive referral as well as live up to the golden parachute clause in your contract. You are a Christian executive being dismissed for not achieving developmental milestones set out in your own strategic operational plan. Do you believe this approach is honest, moral and ethical?
