Strategic Human Resource management is the alignment of Human Resource operations (hiring, compensating, appraising and training) with goals of the organization. In human resource operations we treat Human Resource of all firms with same tools and techniques while at strategic level we aligned the goals of HR operations with the goals of organization. After globalization strategic human resource got importance because most of the firm face a problem that their human resource is not aware with the goals and objectives of their organization. In order to maintain the identity of the organization it is very important to treat our employee in such a manner that organizational goal should get promoted and Strategic HRM helps us in this by telling us to whom we have to serve and what we have to serve. We can't hire same sort of workforce for Google and IKEA but if we are aware widr SHRM then we can't understand that because in a firm Cost leadership is main strategy we cant appraise a person who is giving creative ideas which are also not cost effective. SHRM also guide us about all the way which can help us to utilize our human resource for the achievement of organizational goals in best manner.
