-One of the top competitive issues Human Resource Managers may face is setting and achieving corporate social responsibility. A perfect example of this is seen with the #MeToo Movement. The #MeToo movement has had a large impact on Human Resources and employee relations managers. With this movement pressure is being thrown onto companies and their Human Resources Departments by social media and consumers alike to achieve corporate social responsibility. How has the need for businesses to achieve corporate social responsibility positively or negatively affected the #MeToo movement? Explain your reasoning.
