You, Connie Stoga, have recently started a job in a company as a Health & Wellness co-op student and have been asked to be part of the Workplace Health Wellness Committee. This is the first time that this automotive manufacturing company, Polaris Automotive, has initiated any type of a health promotion program. They have invited you to sit on the committee as they understand you have recently graduated and have expertise in Workplace Health promotion programs. Please answer the following questions.

1. One of the committee members asks you if you can help them determine what stage of readiness they would be at to determine their strategy for planning and implementation, what stage of readiness is Polaris Automotive at and how would you help them get to the next stage of workplace readiness.
