Introduction and Alignment
Aligning an organization's strategy with its goals is important for success as seen in the previous workshop. Aligning the activities of individuals is important too. One aspect of aligning the activities of individuals is working in teams. Identifying the critical success factors of working effectively in teams can contribute to the mission and vision of the team becoming a reality.
Background Information
Think of a team success story and a not so successful team's story. What were the details of the success story? The outcomes? How did you feel? How did team members and others in the organization feel? These areas are the focus of the current assignment. Learning to work effectively in teams can contribute to the organizational, team, and individual pursuit of positive change and realization of vision.
