Assessment Task 12: Project 11- Implement Diversity Promotion Plans and Diversity Processes

Task summary:
Your assessor will observe you as you implement at least two diversity promotion plans and at least two diversity processes to rectify diversity issues.

Part A: Implement Diversity Processes
To complete this task, you must:
• Access and review the diversity processes developed in Workplace Assessment Task 10.
• Implement the diversity processes developed in Workplace Assessment Task 10 to address at least two diversity issues.

Part B: Implement Diversity Promotion Plans
You will be assessed on your practical skills to:
• Communicate and promote the importance of diversity and its benefits within the organisation to at least two employees
• Using verbal and listening skills for promoting diversity within the organisation. Before starting the task, you must:
• Access and review diversity promotion plans developed in Workplace Assessment Task 10.
• Review the following:
o Workplace Assessment Task 11 - Assessor's Checklist
o Workplace Assessment Task 11 - Observation Form
These forms outline the following:
o Resources you are required to access to complete the task.
o All criteria your submission must address to satisfactorily complete this task.
o All practical skills you need to demonstrate to satisfactorily complete the observation task.
You assessor will discuss these resources with you, and the criteria outlined in these forms prior to this assessment.
