How did the group delegate roles & responsibilities?
No formal division of roles & responsibilities. Confusion & lack of clarity in what we each were supposed to do - this led to duplication of work in some aspects & some work which was not completed on time
McGrath Input-Process-Output model - clarity in roles & responsibilities in a crucial input for team effectiveness. This was lacking in our team.
e.g., Cassidy & Stanley (2018) found the role clarity to be linked with better team processes (e.g., communication) & task performance
Have formalised 'planning' meeting or day - keeping notes & each other accountable

Although you worked in a team for your presentation, your personal experience and perspective on how the team functioned to complete the project will be unique. To consolidate your learning, each team member must submit their own individual report. In this report, you will academically-reflect on what you learned about managing and working in diverse groups.

We met when we discuss some question in Microsoft Team and then we dicide to be a team for this assessment. We didnt have a leader because we were leaders. We discuss on Facebook and book a time to meet up through zoom and Microsoft Team. We make sure everyone would have work to do. We did our part and then sum it into Slide and Doc on Google to make sure everything is ok or anything should we change or fix. We got some delay for last part, the video, cause teammates in our team have to work or some problem to solve. Last time we finished it before the deadline and submitted.
