Tracking work attitudes is critical in an organization because it is directly related to significant outcomes such as performance, helping others, absenteeism, and turnover.

A worldwide fast-food company has had a major issue with employee turnover. Many of the managers have noticed employees being unhappy and disengaged. The Chief of Human Resources (CHR) has asked you, the newest Data Analytics Professional, to find ways to monitor and track work attitudes in the company with four significant outcomes (performance, helping others, absenteeism, and turnover).
