You are visiting your family who you have not seen face to face for a year. You notice that your sister is very thin. You also notice that when the family is together that she mostly moves food around her plate, not really eating much of the food. She says she is off to the gym and three hours later, she returns from her workout. What eating disorder do you suspect that she may have? How would you approach your sister to talk about your concerns for her health and what concerns would you have?
