Assume NASA is concerned about the reliability level of a new untested system for use on Mars. Based on past experience they believe there is a 75% chance that the system's reliability is Rl = 0.9, a 15% chance it is R2 = 0.75 and a 10% chance it is R3 = 0.6. Assume the system is tested three times on Mars and it operates successfully each time. Determine the probabilities that the reliability level is R1, R2, and/or R3. How does your answer change if it is tested a fourth time and fails?
