In 2002, Malcolm Gladwell wrote about the organizational culture at Enron, which at that time was one of the most seemingly successful companies in the country. Enron's ultimate demise was caused by corrupt leadership and by the reliance on the Star System promotion process. Concentrate on the section of the text that discusses Organizational Ethics, and (1) write a critique of the talent myth and (2) your reaction to the text's discussion of Authentic Leadership. Can you equate the article and the text? Although Gladwell's article was written 16 years ago, it is still quoted and used in leadership training courses. Include , in your critique, your opinion of its relevance or non-relevance today. You should have a title page and a reference page. Submit your paper in Microsoft Word format via the dropbox by the deadline identified above. The composition should follow conventions of standard American English appropriate for a professional and scholarly audience using APA format (6th Ed.). Do not exceed the 3-page limit and do not use personal pronouns, i.e first-person narration. All work should be in the third person. Papers that exceed page limit and that use the first person will not be accepted.
