Do you agree with your peer about the impact of this sustainability issue? Why or why not? What is the local or global impact of this issue? Do you think this issue can be resolved? Why or why not? I think my topic would have to be pay to cost ratio. I work in a single vet, privately owned, veterinary hospital and I feel like the work we do we are not adequately paid for that. I feel like being as hardworking as our current staff is, we aren't at the correct pay because of the cost of services in our office. However, this current staff isn't only based on pay, we also very much love our job and what we do. With that being said, I would rather love my job and get paid lower than hate my job and get paid immensely.
