a. How valid & useful are generalizations about the characteristics of birth cohorts or generations, such as those made about the millennials? If you are a member of this cohort, or you know many who are, how valid do you think the generalizations are

If you believe that the generalizations are valid, either strongly or somewhat so, how useful are the suggestions made by consultants in the segment, with respect to recruitment, selection, training, compensation, etc.)?
