George owns a coffee shop in New York, called "Wonder Coffee". While the shop is averaging about $2M in annual revenues, he noticed that his sales have started to flatten despite having re-launched his website last year selling his whole bean coffee. He also added food and snacks to increase his online sales, as well as increase store traffic in dayparts other than the morning. He has started to run more promotions in his store, in a local merchant weekly and on Facebook. An increasing part of George's sales transactions are via credit card, and due to a special offer, a high percentage of those are through American Express.

Several new coffee shops and even a tea shop have opened within a 3-mile radius from Wonder Coffee. George has heard about data mining used by larger companies and is not sure if any of that might help him increase his store traffic and revenue. He is not sure where to start.

He has hired you to help him. You are convinced that data mining might be useful here. You need to meet with George in a week and tell him:
