When we hear the word "diversity" we often think about racial diversity but the word has a broader meaning. We need to embrace ever aspect of diversity - ethnic, cultural, religious, gender, etc. as we strive to better understand life. The critical thinking skills that we have touched upon in this class coupled with an acceptance of every aspect of diversity should help all of us create a better understanding of each other.
