A. Analyze how your Jack Ma, founder of Alibaba, motivates employees and maintains a high level of engagement. If possible, focus on one specific context or trend to support your description.

B. Using the same scenario or context, evaluate the tactics. Were the methods effective and why? Be sure to support your evaluation with data and citations. Start with opinion and move toward a structured position.

C. Recommend at least one alternative tactic that could have been used by Jack Ma.
