A. Analyze how Jack Ma, founder of Alibaba, practices or rejects corporate social responsibility. Can you apply the so-called Triple Bottom line to the organization? Is the company ISO 26000 or B Company certified? Is there a CSR report available? Ensure that your section is data-driven.

B. Using the same scenario or context, evaluate the tactics. Were the methods effective and why? Be sure to support your evaluation with data and citations. In this section, your evaluation is two-fold. You must first evaluate the efficacy of the CSR effort and then evaluate the organizational impact of the CSR effort.

C. Recommend at least one alternative tactic that could have been used by Jack Ma. Note that your recommendation must be a tactic that your leader would use, i.e. do not recommend an environmental tactic if your leader has a proven record of focusing on the community aspect of the triple-bottom line.
