15 year old adolescent presents to your clinic with concerns about missed periods and fatigue. She reports her last menstrual period was approximately 2 months ago. She has been feeling light headed the last few days. Denies sexual activity. Objective: On exam, the adolescent appears anxious but otherwise well-nourished and in no acute distress. Vital signs are stable. Abdominal examination reveals no tenderness or palpable masses. There are no signs of abnormal vaginal discharge or bleeding. Discuss history, physical exam and diagnostic testing. Write a detailed Assessment and Plan for this patient. Include differentials and education.
