Milton has had his home burglarized six times in a three-month period. He wants to go on vacation but is worried about leaving his property unprotected. He rigs up a series of "trap guns" pointing at the front and back doors and downstairs windows. Anyone illegally entering will pull a trigger and unleash a shotgun blast. While Milton is gone, Rollo does, in fact, burglarize his house. Breaking through the back door Rollo is shot in the shoulder by a shotgun. Neighbors hear the blast and alert the police. Rollo is taken into custody. What will be the full legal consequences of these events to both men? (Best answer please) Rollo will be charged with burglary alone.
