Question

What did you learn from Alahmari (2022) shared more about leaders deciding between directive, supportive, participative, and achievement-oriented styles of related to path-goal leadership. Being a leader who knows their people is essential in order to use this leadership style. You must understand what truly motivates them and use that to help them achieve goals and fuel success in the workplace. Managers must be in control of operational resources and their personnel in order to help their people grow. For 21st century leaders, they must think beyond these everyday practices and be aware of mental health, sustainability, and diversification to be effective at leading their team (Dike, et. al., 2015). Understanding ones leadership style will allow them to be a better manager as they combine the everyday duties along with the personalization of their workers.
