Part 2 is a detailed response about 3 examples of criminal cases and you are asked to discuss the type of juror you feel would be best depending on if you are the prosecutor or the defense attorney.

Next, answer the following questions based on what you know about the pre-trial process and voir dire.

What type of juror would you believe the prosecutor would want on the jury in the following cases?

1. Murder trial with a young mother accused of killing her baby.

2. Forgery trial involving a middle age business man who became addicted to pain pills.

3. Burglary trial for a 20 year old non-white male accused of entering a restaurant and stealing money and alcohol.

Next, using the same 3 scenarios, answer the same question from the view of the defense attorney.  What type of juror do you believe would be most open or sympathetic to your case?
