We learned in module two's assigned learning about Valerie Segrest, a member of the Muckleshoot tribe, a native foods educator. With great courage, she shares her knowledge and truth, reminding us to respect nature's wisdom and its animals. She reminds us of nature which offers a life of love, generosity, and abundance. She explains when we take better care of our land, we are taking better care of ourselves. Please explain one strategy through your cooking how you will take better care of yourself, customers, and our land and its life and resources.
