Question

Construct a letter fo the manager about a complaint about my husband nurse overnight. My husband has been complaining of SOB and tachycardia that went up to 160's , his nurse has been taking her time back and forth before initiating the medication, i ask her to talk to the doctor, for he has increasing SOB and he is already exhausted. The nurse was insisting to me that his vital signs are ok. Inask for the charge nurse, she came past midnight just to inform me that the nurse did refer to the doctor, gave the medication. The point here is the lack of compassion and abrupt intervention of care, she should be the first hand advicating to my husband and not me. I am supposed to be home but since the performance that was given to me earlier this shift i am afraid to leave my husband alone.
