You are asked to serve on a jury. During voir dire, you're selected as Juror No. 45. The trial concerns a 24-year-old male accused of robbing a liquor store. Evidence is presented during the trial by the prosecution that two eye witnesses saw the defendant near the store an hour before the robbery. They thought he had a knife but couldn't be for sure. These witnesses testified to these facts and the prosecution ended its case-in-chief. The defending attorney presented evidence from one witness that strongly suggested the defendant was visiting his grandmother in a nearby town on the night in question. The defense rested and you and the other 11 jurors spend four hours deliberating on the case. You return a verdict of guilty on all four counts filed by the state.

Assume that City Beverage supplier breaches its contract with liquor store in the fifth month of the contract. What remedies and claims does liquor store have in a court?
