57-year-old male s/p pulmonary vein isolation ablation for atrial fibrillation now with prolonged QT (QTC 630). The patient started taking dofetilide (Tikosyn) 500mg twice daily. His labs reveal hypokalemia and hypomagnesemia. On tele- he is sinus brady with long pauses. HR 48, BP 90/60, sp02 98% on RA, RR 18. He just went into Torsades de Pointes.
