This presentation will demonstrate your ability to make sophisticated use of information, including primary source material. In addition, your synthesis and/or evaluation skills will be combined with your knowledge, application, and/or analysis skills. This will be demonstrated by connecting research articles with an explanation of how the findings can strengthen the early childhood field.

For this assignment:

1. Review five (5) research studies related to early childhood education. The studies must be from a variety of credible, high-quality sources and you must determine probable accuracy by questioning sources of data, the limitations of resources, and the reasonableness of the conclusions.
2. Analyze the information and synthesize the findings using your knowledge about early childhood education to identify how the information can be used to strengthen the early childhood field.
3. Create a PowerPoint presentation highlighting the research findings. Discuss why the sources are credible, why you feel that the information is accurate, any limitations, and the reasonableness of the conclusions. Include information explaining how they can be used to strengthen the early childhood field. Your presentation should use a professional tone appropriate for early childhood educators and contain:
   1. a Title slide
   2. 10-15 content slides
   3. graphics, pictures, charts, tables, animations, etc. to enhance your presentation
   4. a notes pages with your commentary
   5. a References slide using APA documentation to cite sources
