Objective: Results-driven, passionate individual seeking a position in a hospital, health care clinic or related medical facility as a patient service representative to provide support to patients, team members and clinical staff members. My roll is to project a positive office image at all times including smiling, greeting patients with enthusiasm, and maintaining an upbeat, positive attitude in all interactions with patients and coworkers. 

• Formal training and 20 years of experience working with the public in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of the different types of health insurance plans; i.e. HMO's, PPO's, etc.
• Ability to recognize priority or emergency phone calls.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, both on the telephone and in person.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
