Question

In your reading from The Goal, Alex Rogo had been promoted into the position of Plant Manager. In very short order, we find out his plant is in trouble and to make matters worse, he is told he needs to turn the operation around and start making a profit or it will be closed down. He is given three months to make it happen. Is this fair? Can it be done? I'm looking for critical situation analysis, not just a short "yes/no it is/is not fair."
