Question
Need some advice with excel: I have a working model of a production facility where a Widget producing machine breaks down every 200 minutes, and a palletizer which breaks down every 15 operations.
There is 1 mechanic who repairs both on a first come first serve basis, but I think that if he repairs the Producing machine before the palletizer (Located further down on the production line) the operations will run more smoothly.
What I need to know is how to prioritize tasks on an excel sheet, so that the mechanic repairs first the Producing machine when breaking down, then the palletizer.
Could anyone provide some assistance on these set of excel commands?
