A student collected hydrogen gas in a buret overwater at 230 C. The buret could not be submergeddeep enough in a water bath to equalize the pressure. The liquid level inside the buret was 14.2 cm above the liquid level outside. If the atmospheric pressure was 739 torr, what isthe pressure of the gas in the buret?

Can someone please explain step by step in detail and provide asolution answer. If there are numbers used to figure this outthat are not in the question please let me know where they came from.
