A restaurant claims that the standard deviation in the lenght of serving times is less than 2.9 minutes. A random sample of 23 serving times has a standard deviation of 2.1 minutes. At alpha = 0.05, is there enough evidence to support the restaurant's claim? Assume the population is normally distributed. Below is the minitab output. Test and CI for One Variance Method:
