A proton traveling at 3.6 km/s suddenly enters a uniform magnetic field of 0.75 T making an angle 55? with the direction of the proton velocity.

(a) Find the direction and the magnitude of the force this magnetic field exerts on the proton.

(b) how would the answer change if it was an electron instead of the proton, traveling with same velocity?
