In women's biathlon sprint, the participants ski 7.5 km. After 2.5 km they shoot 5 shots on a target while lying down, and after 5 km another 5 shots on a larger target while standing up. The different shots can be assumed independent. For each target that a participant misses she has to ski a 150 m penalty lap before continuing. A particular competitor hits the target 90% of the time while lying down if it is not windy, but only 80 % of the time if it is windy. It is windy 40 % of the time. What is the probability that it was windy, given that she had to ski one penalty lap after her first set of shots?
