A particle (M1 = 1.99 kg) moving at 30.0° downward from the horizontal with v1 = 2.25 m/s hits a second particle (M2 = 2.99 kg), which is at rest. After the collision, the speed of M1 is reduced to 0.441 m/s, and it is moving at an angle of 32.0° downward with respect to the horizontal.

You cannot assume that the collision is elastic. What is the speed of M2 after the collision?
